Each subprocessor is authorized to access personal data only to the extent required to perform their specific function, and is contractually bound to protect that data under terms at least as protective as our own.
This page lists our current subprocessors. We keep this page up to date and notify customers of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

Customer-configured integrations
Juble.io's platform integrates with third-party helpdesk and channel tools configured by each customer. These integrations are selected and controlled by the customer (the data controller). The customer's own data processing agreements and privacy terms with these vendors apply.
Examples of customer-configured integrations include:
- Zendesk — helpdesk and ticketing platform
- HubSpot — CRM and customer support
- Gorgias — e-commerce helpdesk
- Intercom — customer messaging
- Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace channel integrations
Juble.io accesses data from these integrations solely to deliver the features you configure. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Subprocessor changes
We periodically update our subprocessors as we add or remove features and vendors. When we make changes:
- We update this page with the new subprocessor details
- We notify customers at least 30 days in advance of any addition or replacement
- Customers may object to a new subprocessor on data protection grounds by contacting us at support@juble.io
If you require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or have questions about how we process personal data on your behalf, contact us at support@juble.io.
