What we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Juble.io:
As a Juble.io customer:
- Account information — name, email, company, workspace role, authentication credentials.
- End-customer data — information about your end-users that you connect to Juble.io (e.g., support tickets, orders, contact details). You are the data controller for this data; we process it on your instructions.
- Billing information — billing address, invoice history, subscription status. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is never stored by Juble.io.
- Support data — tickets, logs, and attachments you share with our team to troubleshoot issues.
- Technical logs — API calls, authentication events, error logs, and request metadata generated by your use of the platform. We redact sensitive values (tokens, keys) from logs.
As a website visitor:
- Contact information — name, email, and message content if you reach out or submit a form.
- Usage and device data — pages visited, access times, browser type, IP address, operating system, and similar analytics (collected only after cookie consent).
How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- To respond to your questions, requests, and support tickets.
- To send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- To communicate about product updates and features we think will interest you.
- To monitor and analyze usage patterns and improve platform performance.
- To fulfill legal and contractual obligations (billing, compliance, fraud detection).
Who has access to your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted subprocessors needed to operate Juble.io — such as our cloud infrastructure provider, payment processor, and support tooling. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to protect your data.
See our subprocessor disclosure for the full list.
If you're a Juble.io customer: Juble.io acts as a Data Processor for your end-customer data, processing it solely on your instructions. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs this relationship and is accepted as part of our Terms of Service.
How long we keep it
Data we control (your account and relationship with Juble.io):
- Account data: Retained for the life of your account, plus up to 90 days after cancellation to allow for recovery and offboarding.
Data we process on your behalf (your end-customers):
Retention periods for end-customer data are defined in your Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We delete all end-customer data upon account termination.
We may retain any data longer where required by law (e.g., tax records, legal holds). Any exception is documented with an expiration date.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, portable format.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
- Objection — object to certain processing, including marketing.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@juble.io with your name, account email, and the right you're requesting. We'll verify your identity and respond within 10 business days.
Note for end-customers: If your data is held inside a Juble.io customer's account, that customer is the data controller. Please contact them directly — we'll assist if needed.
Zendesk integration data disclosure
When Juble.io is enabled as an application within the Zendesk marketplace, we access and process data strictly to provide the expected application functionality. Our use of this data is governed by the Zendesk Developer Terms and our commitment to user privacy.
Data we access
- Agent data — name and email address of the agent operating the application.
- Contextual data — Zendesk Ticket ID, Subject, Status, and Requester ID.
Data storage and retention
Juble.io does not store or retain any Zendesk-related PII on our servers. Temporary session tokens are stored encrypted and deleted upon session expiration or application uninstallation.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 24 hours of discovery.
No system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We'll notify active customers of material changes by email. Your continued use of Juble.io after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
